At what point would you suggest someone create an LLC, file tax status, etc. etc.
1. When you conceive the idea and start a plan
2. Down the road when the company starts generating profits
3. At some other point in the timline....
I've secured the knowledge and documents to create an LLC and file the companies tax status (going the S Corp route) register the name with the State, etc. etc... but, my FastLane is in it's infancy and hasn't made but a couple hundred bucks to date. Do it now? Wait? If so, until when?
