Hey everyone. My name is Cory and I've been lurking for a few months now. Ive decided I need to commit to adding value to people here since I have gained so much info/knowledge myself. What you need to know about me is:
-my vision/destiny is to speak to people (mostly youth) all over the world about the simplicity of developing a healthy body and a healthy mind
-Being physically healthy (for today but most importantly for when I'm "old") has been a main focus of mine for the past 10 years (Im 28)
-I am not an expert yet, but I have knowledge and ideas that I know can drastically improve peoples lives. I favor anything that is effective and simplified.
I am not quite ready for a progress thread. So my form of adding value will be in offering advice and answering people's questions related to creating a healthy life.
Please feel free to ask general questions, ask for personal advice, or to pick my brain on anything under the umbrella of health. If I do not have the knowledge, I will research it for you.
