I am about to hire a developer for an ecommerce site. Does anyone have any tips for choosing the best one?
The job is to develop a site from the design files (the design has already been done). I've narrowed it down to 3 bidders on freelancer.com All bidding $4500-5000 and have discussed it thoroughly with them. The site is very unique; its not a standard shopping cart with categories. This isn't my first time outsourcing a project, Ive had many smaller projects done, but this is the largest and most complex.
