I'm a 25-year old entrepeneur with lots of ideas and zero execution. Today, that changes. I work IT, a boring J-O-B that barely pays the bills.
This is where I'll be documenting everything I learn on my way to becoming a full-time entrepeneur.
My current venture is non-standard to a lot of people here. No e-com, no "SEXY" businesses, and not fulfilling an "UN-SEXY" service.
I'm a huge fan of a niche product... but I've noticed one issue with them. This product has a few different brands competing with slightly different offerings and... they all suck. One major brand out there has the lion's share of the market value, likely due to branding. I know I can make something better and scale.
Major issues I can see ahead: This product is highly regulated and not legal to sell in the area in which I live. I can drive a couple hundred miles and sell them elsewhere completely legally, but because of where I live being a highly, highly regulated state, I'm fighting an uphill battle here while I do market research.
