I need your help in legal matters and maybe some advices / tips.
I have a legit source to buy different brand of cigarette cartons like Marlboro, Parliament, etc. I can buy them for like 15% of their market value price. My question is: is it legal to distribute them to local liquor store and bars ? I was thinking to get some contacts to buy from me but i'm still doing some research before i get into
The cartons are tax paid and come with the tax stamps for the city. Any advice and help will be great.
