Who's read Tribes by Seth Godin? A wonderful read that finally tells what the hell charisma and leadership is!! here is what I got from Tribes:
Many people think that you need to have charisma to lead but in reality you need to lead to have charisma. Why? Because to lead you need to have a vision. A vision that you love and would do anything for. And then your eyes light up when you talk about it, your life changes, your actions change and that's when others talk that you have charisma!! Charisma is just a by-product of having a passionate vision!
Also, world needs leaders, people with vision. That would change the world for the better! And you can be that!
Seth Godin is incredible man, incredibly skinny but incredibly smart and incredible marketer and writer! He know so much.. wow... I want to meat him some day!
