As it says in the title, I've decided to dip my toe in the pond of the tech world...
We've developed a tool that allows business owners to analyse their customer behaviour - in particular to predict exactly which customers will leave their business, exactly how likely the loss of a particular customer is and (importantly) why.
I am happy to give you free access to the tool, and would be very grateful for feedback (on the tools user interface, what features could make it better, how our website could be improved).
If you are experienced in growing a business, advice on how you think we should market this would be really appreciated.
