My last position was helping new businesses to establish new markets in Asia. I have a plan to start my own B2B service provider helping businesses find leads and expand new markets in Asia. My biggest challenge I didn't receive any formal training from a 5-star consulting firm and may face tough challenges in convincing customers. Need to get everyone's help to validate whether this B2B service is worth exploring. I won't be able to own the business equity. So the pay-out is by project (hourly or monthly) or commission. Thanks
