Without sharing confidential details of this project, looking to get some ideas.
I'm trying to create a network (online) between two groups. For a long time, group A has tried to get feedback from group B. Group A is in the business of trying to get clients that Group B consults for. Group B is basically the gatekeeper for their clients.
Group A continues to struggle getting feedback from group B as to why they can't win business from them. Transparency is a huge issue.
The goal is to collect information over time from group B that group A will pay for. The thought is that group B will be more likely to share information if it's anonymous.
Problem is that there's not much incentive for group B to share feedback. Or is there? Why do people leave feedback anyway when there's no incentive? Is there a hook/hooks that I can use?
The feedback that would be solicited is very simple, keep it to 5 questions, with the option to answer more. And it's not full sentences. Instead, one of a few multiple choice options.
