EDIT: Maybe I should have been more verbose with my answer.

The Team Producer answer to "What do I get?" would be, you get what you need when you need it. (If you can't afford what you need, then you just help more people so you can afford it). So the fact you have turned 18 is irrelevant.

If you are looking for cards or bank accounts and stuff, then just check that you have a bank account that accepts and can make electronic payments and there might be a case for looking into a rewards credit card so that you can earn discounts on flights and / or get money back on purchases.

Any ideas along the lines of "You should get this because you are 18" is likely Team Consumer thinking and can be ignored.
