Does anyone know how to program plugins for vbulletin? I need a plugin for my forum, but Idk how to do it. I've seen a forum that does it, and asked them how to do it. They told me what to do, but couldn't give me the code. So I was wondering if I could get help from here.
Here is what I am trying to do. Free regular memberships have 30sec post wait time, but if you buy the Premium membership, there is no wait time.
In an email, this is what he said he did "plugin that hooked in to the style_fetch hook, and checks if a user is a member of the ASM [paid memership] usergroup. If they are, I override the vbulletin options to set their floodchecktime to 0."
I tried to do it myself but am not the best programmer. lol
