Early this morning I saw a co-worker playing a game on his phone. It's a just a simple game where a player taps on the screen to command a bird to flap his wings. The goal of the game is get pass the pipes (think Mario pipes).

It's insanely difficult, just watch the video(s):

According to news, the developer's other apps are doing well on the App Store and Google Play, talk about a ripple effect. Definitely not your conventional route to success.
