A little bit about me: I've been investing in real estate for the past 7 years-- buy and holds, flips, and mortgage notes. I've also built and sold a scholarship consulting business (which was featured in Forbes and Essence) and a drop ship business.
Recently, I've been looking into getting into investing in an assisted living facility--- my initial college background is as a healthcare professional so I will always have that passion for helping people.
