Hi,
I have hired a freelance programmer to create a website(front end and back end) for my business.
It is a strong possibility that he is using few scripts in the backend which have been developed by someone else but he insists that he has made those scripts himself which are very similar to those developed by someone else.
I do not have a problem with this as it is keeping my budget low.
How do I protect myself copyright wise so that in the future anyone does not create problems for me.
