This is not about planning words, process, research, think about, explore, connect, plan, etc. This is about action words, measurable, outcomes, downloads, leads, average price per sale, increased sales volume, repeat customer orders and measurable things that matter to any startup or business.
We're three months into 2014 and its time to Get Shit Done. Please spend time during the month of March figuring out the 12 most important deliverables and milestones for your startup. Hint: if your company is already selling a product/service your weekly milestones better damn well be tied to sales and marketing efforts directly related to building revenue, customers, partners and all things related to money, money, money. If you're product/service is NOT ready to sell, you'd better have a 12 week plan to have it ready to sell by week 12.
