I am always looking for the best books to give me the upper edge in my business, and was wondering if any of you guys have found any gems that you think ANYONE in the internet business should read.

Save The Pixel (Ebook) & Convert! Designing Websites to Increase Traffic and Conversions by Ben Hunt - Anyone who has to deal with web design (even if you are hiring others to do it) should read these books. It doesn't talk about the actual designing (like photoshop/css) but more about how the design on your website should be set up. Ben Hunt has been in the web design business basically since the wee days of the internet. The man knows what he is talking about.
So fastlaners, what books have impacted you? If you want to get into a specific niche, that is fine too, I own a blog/news site and have read some good ones for that niche as well.
