We have been pre-approved for another home. :hurray: We plan on renting our condo. If we can't we won't buy.:nono: How do we get the equity on the new home at closing right away? We will have about 80K in equity. The mortgage company has told us that we can not get cash back at closing? How do you all get the equity from buying a new home. To be honest with you we need the cash because we do not have a cash reserve.
