What happened with multiply.com?

It appeared to be a thriving site, with over 2 visitors a month, in alexa.com ranking it was within the top 1,000 sites in the world. Then the headquarters was from moved from Boca Raton, Florida but moved to Jakarta, Indonesia early in 2012 then they closed down the site.

Anyone know the story behind this, I mean with 2 million unique visitors per month, with that many visitors you have a nice ad revenue.
