Today, a sub in one of my classes at my high school decided to share some knowledge. He spoke about how he is in real estate, and that how it creates creates a passive income (owner finance). He explained how he bought his paid off his house at 20 and such. Also, he told us he wasn't fond of Banks cause they take your money money and lend it to someone else. He would rather do that's himself and put interest on it.
Futhermore, I learned why the call the last Friday of November is called "Black Friday."
