Simple question: What if you are more valuable that you think you are?
I realize some people are willing to pay a lot of money for information that other people would gladly give for free.
Having lost weight so easily I never really thought of it as anything special, yet when I tell people about it, some think I am bragging lol
And it dawned on me that some people are willing to pay a lot of money to be able to lose the weight.
I used to be concerned about competition thinking that my niche (weight loss) is saturated, but I'm convinced that I have something incredibly unique to offer that no one else can do like me.
And I am convinced the same is true for you: There IS something uniquely valuable you possess that only you can provide better than anyone else. In other words, no one can do it like you even if they wanted to.
So here's the big question: How valuable are you?
If you don't value yourself, then how likely would others see value in you? How likely are they to want to do business with you?
Yet if you did value yourself, how would that change the way you do business? How would your behaviors change to match that value?
I had a chat with a successful entrepreneur the other day, and he reminded me of the importance of being successful, as in behaving like a real boss, dressing the part, and being totally professional. It is this shift in thinking that allowed for him to begin charging more for his services, and people began to respect that more. He did this even when he didn't feel 100% confident. He simply took on the idea that he was worth more, and began charging more without settling for less than what he wanted. And the people around him recognized it and gladly paid him.
The interesting thing is, the work he did was exactly the same yet he simply made a decision to get paid double. He was willing to face rejection and stand his ground.
Later on, as he began charging more and more for his services, he was getting higher quality clients that gladly paid him, and he told me it's because other people were recognizing his worth.
So how valuable are you? Whatever your answer is, multiple that by 10! 😀
