Basically I am looking for the title/name of the following business concept to be able to collect information about it.
It is a "lead generation" platform for care services. The leads we generate are then to be sold to respective partners/ clients for amount X + they pay a monthly fee. How the platform is presented to the seniors in need is still open (as an expert platform, as a service provider, etc.).
The process flow in rough: Marketing > Inquiry > Qualification Call > Forwarding to 2 - 3 partners > Earn per Lead.
Is there a generic name for this model? Does anyone know of sources of information for this, perhaps posts here on the forum? Maybe some links to platforms nearly like this?
