I have just a small portion on my website for recipes, and the truth is, the only recipes i know of are basically just french toast, and scrambled eggs. So lets say i wanted to use a recipe. Lets use this one for example http://www.food.com/recipe/italian-salad-dressing-43522 is the recipe just completely off limits for me to use? Should i contact the creator of the recipe, and ask for permission? Should I change the recipe up a little to make it my own recipe? So what are the rules basically?
