- Find a Small Team: Look for a company with under 12 employees. Why? Smaller teams are like close-knit families. You’ll see everything—how they get clients, run campaigns, and close deals. You won’t just be a cog in the machine; you’ll see the entire system.
- Start as a Copywriter (or Another Entry Role): It’s not glamorous, but it’s the perfect entry point. You’ll get a steady income and upgrade your skills at the same time.
