What things do first-time Fastlaners need help with (personal development)?

Hey all,

I'm about to create a bunch of (free) content designed to help early-stage entrepreneurs through the struggles of getting started with their first business. Most of the content will be personal development related; since that's what I enjoy talking about most, but some of it will cover the basics of the practical skills.

Topics I'm already working on:

1. Motivation - Which actually results in actually taking consistent action towards your outcomes (instead of the false "dopamine-rush" type of inspirational video type of "motivation").
2. Self-Confidence - How to move forward despite the doubts, lack of focus, lack of certainty, limiting beliefs, and the whole world outside you telling you it's not possible for you. Breaking free from social conditioning and making your own decisions as the alpha leader in your own life.
3. The False-Expectations - The need to be consistent, dedicated, avoiding the dopamine-rush of wanting things now with little work, not giving up too soon, jumping from idea to idea, etc.
4. Developing a Positive Mindset - Focusing on solutions (instead of problems), how your brain is organized, and how to re-organize the ineffective parts of your brain.
5. Developing a Positive Emotional Experience - How to choose what emotions you feel at any time, and develop emotions that help push you forward and enjoy your journey. Avoid things such as loneliness and entrepreneur depression. How to recharge yourself when you're feeling drained.
6. Clear Direction & Finding a Product or Services - This includes narrowing down on a what product/service to sell, ethical, sustainable business decisions, owning your own brand, developing a vision of the future, and how to uncover opportunities that you might have missed in the past.
7. Bringing the product to market -
8. Effective Communication Skills - How to reach out to potential customers, mentors, investors, JVs, partnerships, etc. and communicate in a way where they actually understand; leading to a mutually-beneficial and desirable result.
9. Sales 101 - The basics of consumer psychology, sales, and how this applies to the real world (and not just the academics of it)
10. Advertising 101 - How to find your most likely customers, get your product/service in front of them, and get them into your "sales funnel" (the admins' favorite word).
11. Brand Building 101 - How to establish a brand identity that customers can relate to and want to be a part of.
12. Navigating through Failure - How to move forward when your worst dreams unfold into reality. Including business debt, struggles, and personal hardships. How to take action despite your fears.
13. A Well Balanced Life - How to maintain positive relationships, health, fitness, and happiness/experiences mixed in with the growth of your business.

It is my intent, that by the time a new-entrepreneur enters this forum, the content will be written in a way where it doesn't only "logically make sense", but actually results in a shift of their actual behavior. To get them to a point where they are making progress with the same speed and scale that any experienced millionaire entrepreneur would have when they build their second, or third business.

Essentially taking their left foot off the brakes while trying to step on the accelerator.

The goal of mine is that the new-fastlaner will:

• Have a crystal-clear direction of knowing exactly what steps to take next with their business,
• With the motivation and confidence to move forward and make meaningful progress every day,
• While providing solutions that are beneficial for the business, marketplace, and the world,
• With the business owner easily marketing their product, making consistent sales, with great customer reviews,
• Growing their brand,
• With the relaxation, calmness, and ability to easily navigate past so-called failures and obstacles,
• With a happy, abundant, well-balanced life.

Without the struggle it took most of us business owners to get to this point.

Aside from what I listed above (what I'm already writing posts about); are there any major, major, common themes that hold the newer fastlaners back?

Another way of phrasing it: Assuming that you already have everything listed above - what else is holding you back?
