What to do after you have an idea?

So I know this question is extremely basic. I've read both of MJ's books. But can someone please explain to me what it is that I need to do exactly after I have an idea.

Currently, I have an idea for a website/app/social platform. It's very unique. There's nothing like it after doing a little bit of research. And I think it's a great idea.

But what do I do next? I assume I create an MVP but I assume it's difficult in this case.

I'm also not a coder. Do I find a coder and give him/her equity?
