hello guys , I am new to this fast lane forum and was sat around journalling for an hour or so to help inform my next business decision and this popped into my head to ask this forum . Anyway my business model is educational content in my niche , but my definition to create this into a fast lane business is to bundle it with a course which is where the real money will be made as YouTube ad revenue is decent but not life changing money . So my question is where do I draw the line between providing free value on YouTube and keeping things hidden / behind a paywall for a course . If the probabilities serve me correctly the more value I provide for free the more value the larger my audience will grow but if I can't successfully monetise it doesnt really do much for me as fame isn't one of my goals . But on the flip side you could argue there are other ways to capitalise on this attention instead of hiding information behind a paywall . I hope I made sense and im not the best at explaining my self but any advice would be appreciated
