Hi
Well I'm 45 I started on the fastlane (I thought) after university I purchased a subway franchise witch I sooned learned the franchiser controls everything including negotiating rent. After 5 yrs of running store and too many hrs sold store.( felt like I was just managing there store with my capital at risk )
I then read a book nothing down for nineties Robert G Allen and even thou written for americans was able to motivate me to purchase first rental so again I started I thought I was enroute to the fastlane ended up purchasing 9 homes plus my own . Accumulated about 1.6 million in equity In houses .over about 20 yrs and I'm still at my tennants beck and call between late night texts, water issues, non payment trying to chase tennants for money, the sheriff.
Cutting grass picking up garbage. I was importing containers of genterators from china brought in about 5 containers made good money, had full container stack generators 4 high so they fit in garage after first container realized no loading dock so bought rollars so I could roll them off truck made about 40000 a container but felt like my market was shrinking didn't ship them to customers as too heavy 190lbs
Been working for city job making 80000
But between wife not know there's limiton credit card and three kids I feel like I'm spinning my wheels..just paying bills I building about 85000 in equity every year in principal paydown
I read mj's book and started reading what ever I could get my hands on with the realization i needed to learn quicker faster
So please help direct me.... love to start some sort of web base business
I'm not where I though I be in life now and I'm trying to change fast...
