Hi, I am fairly new to the forum and just finished The Fastlane book. Great read!
I'm going to try to work through some of the threads on here but there is a lot of info! I have a real estate investing blog at www.investfourmore.com. i started it in March and I am getting about 50,000 visits a month now. I write one article a week for my blog, I also write one a week on Bigger Pockets where I guest blog. I have Adsense running and it is generating $20 to $30 bucks a day. I have a few affilaites going and a small product: REO starter tool kit. From my articles I have written four short Ebooks How to Buy Real Estate Below Market Value, How to Finance Multiple Investment Properties, Dream Stories and How to Make it Big In Real Estate ( i am an agent and investor). I have done nothing to promote my books, except mention them on my blog. Here's my author page.
I think things are progressing well with the blog and Ebooks, but I really have no idea what I am doing or how to best monetize things.
If anyone has some suggested threads for me to read or ideas i would greatly appreciate it!
