Hey Guys...

So I've already built a fastlane business, reaching $100k/year at the moment. It's only a matter of scaling this up with paid traffic, and I definitely have a plan that can bring that to $100k per month.

However I'm looking to get a roof over my head, which of these is fastlane?

1) Buy a property outright with no mortgage, cashflow going out would be upkeep / taxes. (But then the advantage of always having a house to go to / operate my business from without going back to my mom's sofa!).

2) Buy a property with a mortgage I can afford (aquire more valuable property over lifetime of mortgage). But low enough mortgage repayments so that I can still go traveling and experience the world when I want to.

3) Use the deposit money to reinvest in my business, travel the world and rent instead. (It's dead money every month and carries a level of uncertainty, but I'm 28 and single, so its possible to do this and buy a family home when the time comes instead).
