Starting up an e commerce business selling a product and I've been doing research between Incorporating a named company vs a numbered company with a trade name...

I know the difference between the two, but what I was wondering is if anyone here could give me some insights and tips on which one is a better route to go with for an e commerce business. I also hear some register as a numbered company but operate under a name.
