I have noticed something, when I sit in my room and try do work I find my self heavily distracted, and now it's come to a point where I have started a old tv series that I used to watch as a cop out to not do the work and I try to multi-task, but when I am on my laptop down stairs on the couch even with the tv turned on, I find my self less distracted. Anyone know why this would be?

I do like my environment it has an office feel to it but ultimately I am not in the person who I want to be and that's someone who is self-driven and avoids all the distractions and can just put their head down and work. Distractions has been a massive challenge for me my entire life, it doesn't take much for me to lose focus.
