Job Duties

• Promote sales for banking products such as credit cards / personal loans at various branches / roadshows
• Follow up on applications and documents necessary for card / loan application
• Identifying cross selling opportunities
• Ensure sales target are hit

My current position as a technician is killing me,spend most of my waking time on routine task and honing skills that will never bring me to fastlane.

Today I told my manager I didn't want to join as permanent stuff. (i'm a contract stuff and was offered a permanent position)

I have decided to move-on and identify I need to equip myself with selling skills.

however I am unsure what should I sell,I did search around and MLM is a NO.

what do you pros think,should I start by selling credit cards?

note: by the way I am unable to launch a side business because I am almost broke.
