My name is Michael, I am a young entrepreneur (19) from the New York metropolitan area. I started my business over a year ago (almost two years come october). I based my business ideology off of reading this book in 2011, however, I have gotten in a stump. I lose control of scalability and need some help.
I own a web development, graphic design, and app development company. My goal is to create apps, my first one coming out soon (hopefully). Instead of charging a one-time fee, I will use a subscription based system. I believe this is more profitable, and also will allow the user to have more and still get more.
This essentially would be my money tree like business. (If successful). However, on the side as mentioned I do web development and app development for companies. However, I am having a hard time getting clients. I was wondering if anyone here has tips on marketing and knows how I can improve both my app and business.
That is my goal on this site, to really learn everything, and of course give back to the community the best I can. I am young so I have a long time to learn and more importantly I will do what ever it takes to succeed.
