At a large conference in NJ a speaker sits backstage waiting his turn. The speaker notices a man, tall & strong, cleaning trash.
Now normally the speaker wouldn't pay any mind, but the way this guy was cleaning trash, with such enthusiasm, the speaker couldn't help but to go up to him and talk to him.
After exchanging a few words the speaker notices the man has a very heavy accent.
"Where are you from?" Asked the speaker
"Mexico" replied the man
"Why are you picking up trash like that?"
"I'm on my way" said the man in broken English
Every now and then the speaker would call the conference hall and ask about the man, each time he called the man had been in a higher and higher position. Eventually the guy picking up the trash became the Vice President of the company.
