Hi guys
My name is George and of course I have read THE book! I guess I am an entrepreneur because I have started a few businesses but still zero income. I am skilled in Marketing and I am now working on my entrepreneurial skills and people skills. These are the ones I want to focus on.On my track record:
I started a marketing consulting business but I never pushed enough for sales nor I ever had a unique product. I was just saying that I can do any marketing task the business owner wanted and I failed two sales meetings. It's frozen for the time being.
I then started a website design business with a partner. We had the whole process figured out, but my parnter got a job. It was a good idea though for Greece, but would require a lot of effort because the margins were not high.
My third trial is an export business. This one is still on but I am not investing a lot of my time right now. Big deals need networking and I have absolutely no resources. Plus I am working on my health.
THe fourth project is a tech startup which is promising. It's about social networking but in an innovative way. I am the marketing guy and not the founder. At least this one will either succed or fail fast, so I will not waste my time. Although I have learned a lot
The fifth project is still in infancy. I want to sell some mobile thing and I have found a partner to do the selling and I will do the marketing strategy. THis one gives passive income as well. I think I sold the idea well to my future partner. Let's see
The sixth project is a web app. A very simple one. I want it to succeed by being excellent in the user experience. I have cousin involved but still no solid commitment yet.
I think these are enough for now.
