I've had the experience of building and selling 2 small websites.
Nice profit margin, relatively hassle-free, easily duplicable, so what's not to love
What I'm going to be doing differently this time is hiring and making use of my VAs from the other business.
I was doing everything myself and the waiting for the sites to gain organic rankings etc was heart-wrenching, but with staff to help out it would hopefully be a much easier job.
Basically I'll do some keyword research, decide on some article names, and then throw all these info to my VAs and get them to have the sites built and the articles written, then rinse and repeat.
Check back on the traffic in a couple weeks and identity any potential and decide on one of the following three options:
1) Leave it to grow. (If no traffic)
2) Begin active link-building and SEO. (If it looks like there is potential)
3) Sell the site (If it looks like site is at max potential)
