Oh yes, I've been there too.I prob will to LinkedIn at some point.
In the past, I would jump on all the social media channels at once and try to fill them all with content every day all the time.
I got super burnt out and bored real quick.
I decided this time around, I was going to post to 1 channel... learn it inside and out even if it kills me... and once mastered move to the next channel.
So, started with Twitter/X and then once I get the engagement and followers I want and the funnel I want, then move to LinkedIn.
Will come, but just doing it differently this time around.
I spent a while on Twitter trying to figure it out but didn’t enjoy it. I didn't like the restrictions on post size, and that tweets sink beneath the waves so fast.
I like the different post types on LinkedIn, that people use their real names, and that talking business isn't frowned upon (like it probably bores the family and friends connected with me on Facebook).
I don't mind posting the same content to Facebook and LinkedIn, although I use both more as blogging platforms than a way to generate leads. Although doing so still generates business.
