Hello my businessman friends!

I live in France.
I'm currently creating a brand of gourmet savory popcorn with organic products.

After several analyses, I know that my business fits perfectly with the "CENTS" method.

However, I'm having a problem getting production underway.

- Manufacturing companies are refusing to work with me because my first orders are too small in terms of the quantity of popcorn requested.

- I can't make them at home because my own kitchen isn't adapted to French standards.

- Renting a professional kitchen is far too expensive, and there aren't any in my area.

How do you think I could start production?

If you were in my shoes, what would you do?

Thank you all so much!

I think it's a great idea.

In your shoes, here is what I would do:
- rent the commercial kitchen for a week or however long you need to create your first batch
- create the first batch and send it to customers

You have two choices, you can do nothing and get stuck at this step or take a risk and accept that you won't make any money on the first batch and maybe even lose money if you can't sell your product.

You could try pre-selling the product. If you get 50 pre-orders for example and people pay you in advance, then it's not such a big risk anymore.

Worst case scenario, you sell nothing and you have to pay the commercial kitchen. Best case scenario, you sell everything and after paying the commercial kitchen and ingredients, then you beak even.
