Ill get straight to the point:
[A] Things you must do. TOP PRIORITY. These are critical tasks that have significant consequences if not completed.
Things you should do. SECOND PRIORITY. Important but less critical than A tasks, with mild consequences if delayed.
[C] Things that would be nice to do… if A and B tasks are completed. These have no consequences if not done.
Then -> [D]elegate & [E]liminate $10p/h Tasks if your doing a task , more than two times in a row , and its not SIGNIFICANT, hire someone to do it ASAP.
Just Settle in
I got the ABCDE Method from Brian Tracy HERE
And the 3-2-1 Rule from a New channel i am loving HERE
Combining both of these will give you a competitive edge , no pun intended... no one else is doing this.
Instead of a normal to do list which often gets too packed -> DO THIS
Step 1 - ABC DE Strategy
Segment your tasks into these sections[A] Things you must do. TOP PRIORITY. These are critical tasks that have significant consequences if not completed.
Things you should do. SECOND PRIORITY. Important but less critical than A tasks, with mild consequences if delayed.

Step 2 - Optimise ABC DE Strategy
when using this method , i often found my "C" Tasks , such as providing value on this forum , being ignored , and left for days. The 3-2-1 Rule
- Spend your first 3 hours straight away on your “[A]” Tasks. Ideally straight after waking up … Yk brush your teeth , take a dump , wipe your butt → Straight to work.
- 2 Hours on your (B) Tasks
- 1 hour on your (C) Task
Just Settle in
- Put on a timer for 3 hours
- Turn on airplane mode , dont talk to any humans, and get to deep work
