Snapchat has this feature called "stories" that allows you to post short vids of yourself for others to see and tells you who saw it. This is pretty much the defining feature of Snapchat.
In a classic Zuckerberg move, Instagram blatantly copied Snapchat with their most recent product update.
This is legal/allowed/fair game? I've never seen a more obvious case of product duplication. If Instagram can copy snapchat like this then I feel like anyone can copy anything and it would be OK.
