US and Canada only, some Caribbean as well, not by my choice, but by my text messaging provider. Hopefully that changes soon as the provider has stated.

I thought about sending a message myself, but my radio and communications background from my time in the army informed my choice, due to understanding carrier limitations, like MJ describes on the previous post. Damn shame too. But it's not the end of the world
