I am an undergraduate student studying information management but it isn't going how I thought it would, I'm finding it hard to catch up on a lot of the courses (including the extra ones I picked). I feel like I've made a mess of all of it and trying to clean everything up as fast as I possibly can. I wish I could just spend most of my time doing what I like and not worrying about finding internships/jobs.

Since I'm a year 3, it's a graduation requirement to get a summer internship this year and I feel like I've just entered the rat race trying to get selected. I don't mind a part-time but I can't imagine myself working full-time, just trying to save and use my savings when I'm old.

For a while now, I've been trying to do more to earn money and create social media accounts because I hope someday I can be my own boss. For example, I have an account on a writing website, created Instagram for my animation and art, and working on a book. Just trying to earn money, I created a reading journal for Amazon Kindle but that was a dud as it made zero sales. So as of now, those are dreams, to make a living off of creating animations/art and become an author.

Financial freedom has been running through my mind as I think about money, freedom, lifestyle, and my future. I want to retire my parents early and then retire myself early.

I got Millionaire Fastlane and got to the page that introduced the forum and decided to check it out.

So, hi, nice to meet you all.

I'd be using this as a journal to check my progress as I apply it to my life from the book as I read it. I'm open to advice and suggestions from people who have been in my position.
