Weekly Meetup Accountability Call Megathread

Reminder .... accountability for what they were supposed to get done last week. 100% done or NOT DONE. This is the power of the group pushing you. You start to get things done.

Once that habit is in, you start to get the IMPORTANT things done.

Then you all meet up in Mexico for some sun like a bunch of us are doing next month.

I'm from Mexico, and meeting other forum members in real life would be nice. I presume you're visiting the beach, but are you also visiting Mexico City?

I would highly recommend it if not for a business meeting, at least for the vibe of the city, the wide variety of food offerings, and the fact that there are activities for all tastes

Well, I missed, not going to lie Saturdays are tough, they are the 1 unfettered day I get to spend with the wife, will continue to try BUT I can say I have completed all initial tasks I set out to on the first call lol

Is there anything in particular that is worth having in mind before the call?

have an amazing annual L10 meeting to line out 2024 with my team for one company
talk through formation and setup for a new company
setup interviews for potential new staff

Last week has been crazy for me after the call with @ZCP and hopefully it has been for the others as well.
I am struggling to find enough stores to walk into now and am probably going to be doing 1000 Push-ups...

Got 1 Yes for a big store and 5 no's so far.

Handed out about 250 Flyers and went out every day.

Photos have a secured appointment for Sunday with a photographer friend.

Tbf I still have Saturday and this week I have gotten more customers than ever so its not for nothing.

It was indeed. Got monetized on Youtube, gained around 500 subs with one video. Also sold the first 3 of my 3D modeling course. I'm trying to join today if anyone wants some tipps for growing on Youtube.

Will probably make a post in the near future. Just need to automate a few things still until in can enter a "slow and steady" growth phase. Spent the whole holidays filming my course...

That is too many L's ....... be clear and consistent. Don't over commit. Don't under commit. Be clear on your big 3 to move you toward your goals AND get it DONE!!

Start adding in consequences if needed. Notice how this is the most we have gotten out of @Subsonic ? The 1000 pushups had SOME motivation. PUSH each other. Find ways to help motivate. GET THINGS DONE! Plow through each other's excuses. That is what an accountability call is all about.

Small, consistent, impactful W's each and EVERY week. Let's go!
