The CHAT option isn't always available but here's how to get to it as of April-2023.
1) Go to "Contact Us":
2) Fill something in:
3) Select "Other":
4) Select "Next Step":
5) Fill in the Customer ID and select "Chat":
6) Now you'll be asked for you contact details and to describe the problem.
TIPS:

- It doesn't matter what as you'll be asked later on what the problem is when/if you get into a CHAT.
3) Select "Other":
- Don't click any of the options they present as that will send you to an article to read.
4) Select "Next Step":
- Don't click any of the options they present as that will send you to an article to read.
5) Fill in the Customer ID and select "Chat":
6) Now you'll be asked for you contact details and to describe the problem.
TIPS:
- Don't play hard-ball and don't be a d*ck.
- They're doing a thank-less and tedious support role and they can cut you off or help you depending on how you treat them.
- I like to be polite, thankful, and act innocent. I try to get them on side so they also see me as being stuck dealing with demanding clients. "Our client is getting a warning about XYZ. They're asking me what's wrong and when it can be fixed. Do you know what that means? What should I tell them? Blah blah..."
