I have a youtube channel where I started uploading web development-related content in 2018. Initially, I didn't take this seriously and randomly uploading videos and that's why my channel has never grown. I am creating content for Hindi-speaking people which is my target audience. At the moment I've uploaded 140 videos successfully and gained 6300 subscribers which is really low in numbers.

On 31st Oct I purchased a youtube course which opened my eyes and found mistakes I am doing. Now I took this very seriously and I am consistently uploading videos with quality content. My strategy is really simple, 3 videos every week with quality content that's it. I will follow this strategy for at least 365 days without any breaks. For the last 2 months, I'm on the path and never missed a video and I found good progress.

I will try to show my progress every week, so let's see what happens.

Try creating regular shorts because it's a real game changer for any content creator. I've been creating long content on different channels since 2018 but didn't got significant attention. But in 2023 I switched completely to a shorts based channel and I've completed my first 1k subs in a months of starting the channel and that's a great win for me atleast. Although my niche is completely different from yours but you can take inspiration from "sheriyans coding school", they make small byte sized tutorials regarding CSS styling tricks.

Last time I shared my progress here on the Fastlane forum, I had 6,793 subscribers on my YouTube channel. Since April 2023, I've been consistently uploading three videos every single week. Now, I've reached 10,000 subscribers. I know the numbers might not seem significant, but I'm grateful for the traction I've gained. I hope that someday the YouTube algorithm will favor our content, bringing in more traffic and subscribers.
