important questions:

Do all website need to look the same?

I am making a video sharing website,
should my website have the the OPTION button on the same place as Youtube, as well as the other buttons?
Can I make up my own words?

We don't know your plan, your skills, what you can afford etc.

If I were you, I'd hire at least one person or preferably a whole team since a video sharing site may be quite advanced. Or I'd try to buy some defunct site.
