I’m wondering if anyone here running a business has found a mindset or perspective shift to separate your emotions from the rise and falls in business?
It literally affects my mood.
Things are going well in the business, I feel good.
Things are going bad, I feel bad.
I feel that it shouldn’t be this way, and it gets very stressful to the point where I can’t think sometimes.
Does anyone have advice on dealing with this “entrepreneurial anxiety”?
