I've watched Aman G's youtube video about outcome based marketing (How He Booked 107 Calls in 60 Days on LinkedIn). Here is how I applied it to my business idea and my target audience (Controllers using SAP S/4HANA as ERP)
Step 1: What does my ICP (Ideal Customer Persona) want as an outcome?
I show Controllers how they can get their reports and analyses from S/4HANA at the push of a button, without additional licenses. High flexibility and autonomy, and most importantly, more time for analysis and generating real value.
I'm thinking about adjusting my LI profile accodingly and focussing on the message in every post.
Step 1: What does my ICP (Ideal Customer Persona) want as an outcome?

- More time for analysis
- Better insights
- Show off (demonstrate results)

- Flexibility and autonomy
- The ability for ad hoc evaluations and analyses
