So I'm pretty perplexed right now. I'm in the ACT, ASSESS, ADJUST stage and I'm learning a shit-ton about business, marketing, psychology and so fourth.
*From here on out, I'll abbreviate Act, Assess, Adjust to "AAA" for simplicity.
I've utilised AAA for my product, my site design and my marketing. Now, here's the kicker-- my latest marketing campaign was a success at face value. With a better understanding of Meta, I've finally overcame the initial learning curve and started to do things correctly. With a CTR of 2%+ and a slew of "initiate checkout" events, I've made zero conversions.
Moreover, my email sign-up pop up is working great and my list is growing as a result. It seems like the upper section of my sales funnel is working as intended, but it's falling through at the bottom for reasons unknown;
• They are intrigued by my ad
• They click on the link
• They're interested enough to reach the sales page
• Nothing.
Now, I know there's going to be those people who just click around, but statistically, not even one person completed payment. Moreover, I can't seem to locate a technical bug (apart from one that seems to be limited to my device- it's an older Samsung). I've even asked some of you guys to test it, and the people who responded didn't have an issue.
I'm enjoying the process of AAA, but I honestly and wholeheartedly can't seem to find a way to apply AAA here. It's like I'm getting a good chunk of people to grab their product, get in line and 100 PERCENT of them just put it down and walk out of the store. And I have no idea how or why this is happening.
There's nothing I can put my finger on and say "AHA, It's XYZ" or "Ah, my Stripe account isn't even connected!!". I understand I can retarget these folks, but I simply don't have the finances to continue churning out money on unsuccessful ad campaigns.
In my perhaps ignorance, I've decided to call upon the clever minds of the Fastlane forum. I'm not one to put down my tools so easily, so applying the "fail fast" principle is the last resort. I'm of the belief that people are showing genuine interest in this product, but for the love of God I'm so confused as to why they don't complete the checkout process.
