1. Prices going up 5%
2. Billing going to every 4 weeks

If that presents any financial hardship for you we can waive your price increase if you give us one referral, and give us a 5 star review on yelp and Google which would only take 5 minutes.

Always have a way to turn complaints into something that benefits you.

- Totally understand Mrs.Cheabpitch times are tough! We actually have a way to avoid that price increase altogether! We just ask that you give us a referral and write a super short 5 star review on Google and Yelp and there’s no cost increase! It will only take a few minutes.

-Absolutely Mr. Ashole, let me get you a quote for our spray plans! You’re going to love it!

-You’re asking all the right questions Miss Olcdunt! We have a 6% discount for customers that pay upfront for the year!

Flip these assholes into giving you more money or they have to say no themselves. I never say no. I never fight them. It’s always “absolutely! (Insert what I want)” it disarms all these Karen boomers and sometimes it ends up getting us what we want anyways.

There’s nothing you can tell me, object to, or complain about that I get stumped by. I mean, unless you literally don’t have a landscape at your home and you’re in an apartment. Then I’m asking if your parents need service and if you were a good son you’d pay for their first 6 months.
